Mosaic-making with found, reclaimed, and recycled objects & materials, from plastic, metal, ceramic, to gold and custom-glazed ceramic pieces
June 12/13 GARDEN MOSAICS
July 10/11 MIRROR FRAMES and glaze-painting ceramic pieces
August 21/22 INTERIOR MOSAICS
September 17/18 GARDEN MOSAICS and glaze-painting ceramic pieces
October 16/17 MIRROR FRAMES
No previous experience is necessary; the direct method of mosaic application will be taught, including basic skills in cutting ceramic and glass tesserae, appropriate adhesives, grouting, and health and safety.
Classes, 10-4 each day, take place in my studio (2 miles from Totnes) Unit 6, Bridge Farm, Harberton, Devon TQ
£130 per weekend; materials, tea and coffee, are included
maximum class size of 5 students
Bring a packed lunch, or visit the Church House Inn in Harberton
- and wear old clothes , mosaics can be messy!
