The Great Create 2009: 20th May - 28th June

As part of the Great Create, Jan is showing original scanner-photographs in Agatha Christie's home.

"Computers provide a new medium for high quality artist-printmaking. The flatbed scanner’s intense light-beam reveals exquisite detailing in flowers and other objects…..I particularly love the dreamlike quality of images apparently suspended in darkness, emerging from infinite space…."

Set in Agatha Christie’s glorious National Trust estate in Galmpton Devon, The Great Create Festival of the Arts, now in it's third year, was founded to give Devon's exceptional emerging and established
artists of all genres a showcase to celebrate and promote their creativity.
